The InterContinental

Accommodation
The resort has 216 rooms, including 35 spacious suites
with kitchen and living room, 22 luxury Mediterranean-style
villas where you get to revel in your own private garden,
private parking space and separate reception area and
still make use of the main resort facilities. The resort
provides detached rooms and villas for the larger families.

Suites
All the suites are elegantly designed in an Italian
style, with the convenience of your own kitchen and
the luxury of a spacious living room. You have a choice
of 35 suites with Executive, Diplomatic and Royal options
to suit your needs. All the suites are equipped with
Internet access and your own private balcony, with a
pool view or mountain view so you'll never be deprived
of the glorious Al Ain scenery.

Wok offers a culinary journey to the Far East, with
live cooking and a sushi bar. Arabesque international
buffet restaurant has fabulous themed food nights
together with an all-day à la carte menu.
The Indian restaurant, Tanjore, offers authentic
tandoori specialities prepared in traditional clay
ovens.
The Horse & Jockey Pub is an English pub with
a variety of food and great live entertainment.
More than just a restaurant, LUCE Ristorante Italiano
& Club is a complete dining experience with
style and sophistication; designed for socialising
and guaranteed to keep your feet tapping all night,
it's definitely the place to be seen.
The Oasis Pool Bar is a lovely swim-up bar connected
to the family pool that serves healthy snacks and
refreshments. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with
a selection of pastries at the Tea Lounge. Sit under
the stars at Al Aerzal shisha restaurant that serves
traditional Arabic snacks and flavoured shisha pipes,
or you might like to try the popular Shooters sports
bar with pool tables. You can also enjoy an extensive
menu with 24-hour in-room dining. The
Wok Thai Restaurant
With decor reminiscent of Thailand, bamboo interior
and a skylight that complements the view of the
swimming pool and rock formations, you can enjoy
a meal that'll take your taste buds on a trip
to the Far East while a live band plays soothing

Arabesque
International Restaurant
The restaurant's decor has an essence of Arabian
fusion, complemented by the natural light that
streams through the windows at breakfast and lunch.
The large breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is
displayed in all its splendour, with different
themes every evening at dinner. For those who
would like to snack on a burger or something light,
you can order from the à la carte menu

Tanjore
Indian Restaurant
Tanjore serves traditional spicy Indian cuisine
cooked in tandoori clay ovens for an authentic
taste. Every month features dishes that are well
known in different parts of India. Located on
the Lobby level.
The
Horse & Jockey Pub
A typical English pub where you can enjoy sport
on the big screen with English commentary and
a pint. You can indulge in your favourite pub
meal or try your hand at a round of darts.
LUCE
Ristorante Italiano & Club
Award for 'The Best Innovative Restaurant of the
Year 2002' - DEPA AWARDS.
LUCE
is a complete dining experience. A stylish, modern
Italian restaurant with an open-plan design that
includes a separate bar, dining area, open kitchen
and a dance floor. A live band performs in the
evenings and a DJ will keep your feet tapping
all night on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Located
on level one.
Oasis
Pool Bar
The name says it all... a perfectly positioned
swim-up pool bar on the one side with walk-up
bar and shaded areas on the other side allows
you to cool off with a cocktail in the desert
heat. You can enjoy freshly made healthy salads,
snacks and a kiddies' menu whilst relaxing in
the sun next to the pool.
The
Tea Lounge
A pleasant setting to enjoy a cup of coffee or
tea with a wide selection of pastries, cakes,
sandwiches and salads. Located on the Lobby level.
Al
Aerzal Shisha Restaurant
Savouring typical Arabic dishes and coffee in
a tranquil garden setting at the poolside and
socialising with friends and family whilst enjoying
an array of shisha flavours under the stars is
a favourite pastime at the Al Aerzal Shisha Restaurant

Shooters
Sports Bar
Shooters is the perfect place to meet your friends
or work colleagues to pocket a few pools. You
can enjoy sports on the big screen with Arabic
commentary whilst enjoying a game of pool or billiards.
Regular pool competitions are organised for the
patrons. Located on level one.

including a specialised children's menu. You can
pick up the phone in your room at any time and
order large main meals, desserts, snacks or beverages

InterContinental Resort Al Ain features the largest
hotel ballroom in Al Ain and various function rooms,
providing the perfect venue in which to hold that
important gathering, business meeting, seminar,
cocktail reception, banquet or exhibition. Boardroom,
training room facilities, conference rooms equipped
with state-of-the-art presentation equipment upon
request.
Outside catering in the resort's landscaped gardens
can be arranged, which is the perfect complement

a wide selection of recreational activities including
two squash courts, four floodlit tennis courts,
three swimming pools, children's playground, gymnasium,
spa facilities, aerobics, spinning, soccer, rugby
and table tennis. The gymnasium is open 24 hours
every day. There is an 18-hole golf course five
